FAQ

  • How do I choose a stylist?
We will match you to the stylist that we feel will be the best fit, based on hair type and style. If you have any hair concers, please let us know.
  • What is your cancellation Policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice to fill your spot with a client from our waiting list. For new clients we require a credit card to be kept on file in the event of a no-show or change to the appointment. Appointments that are not rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours may be charged half the cost of the service booked.
  • Can I bring my child or pet to my appointment?
The special pampering break is dedicated specifically to you — no disruptions or stress involved. To ensure that you and everyone around you are granted the relaxing experience they deserve and for the safety of your children and pets, this policy is strictly enforced.
  • Do you perform services on children?
At this time, we do not accept any new clients under the age of 13.
  • Where do I park?
Street parking is usually available on our cross streets, Queens Cross St. and Company St.
  • I am running late-- What should I do?
Please give us a call at (340) 778-6666 and let us know! We try to be as accommodating as we possibly can. If you are running more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule or adjust your services accordingly.
  • What happens if I do not like my new hair?
We hope this never happens! In the event that you are unhappy with the results from your appointment give us a call one week or less after your appointment and we will do our best to make it right. However, we cannot guarantee the wear of your color if you use other haricare and stylist products from the ones we carry. This is because many "drugstore" brands use harsh chemicals that can strip color and damage hair. We also do not guarantee the longevity of fashion colors as these are a temporary dye that especially does not last long on St. Croix with the sun, salt, and chlorine working to remove it.
  • How should I book you for my wedding?
We want to make you feel confident and beautiful on your wedding! For all wedding inquires, fill out the contact form on our 'Contact' page. Please include the date of your wedding, location and how many people you antipiate having hair and makeup done. Our salon manager will then answer any questions, provide a quote, and help with any other vendor recomendations you may have. For brides who are unsure of what style they want, a trial is a fabulous way of getting creative and collaborating with the stylist to see exactlty how your hair will look before the wedding day.
